Payment Period: Pay off the balance over 3 months. Pay as often as you like

Completion: Once fully paid, we dispatch within 1-2 working days

Cancellation: If you cancel, 20% admin fee applies to deposit. No cancellation after 2 months

If full payment isn’t made in 3 months, deposit is forfeited and item returns to stock

You may return or exchange within 20 days of receiving your order if:

The watch is faulty or damaged on arrival

You received the wrong item

The watch is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags/seals intact

We’ll approve and send return instructions

Once we receive & inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 3-5 working days

Customer covers return shipping unless item was faulty/wrong

Refunds exclude original delivery fee

No returns on items damaged by water, impact, or customer misuse
