1. Standard delivery for R70: 7 to 9 days from dispatch. SMS tracking number provided. Collect within 7 days
2. Express delivery for R150: 2 to 5 days from dispatch. SMS tracking number provided. Collect within 7 days. Available only in PTA, JHB and Major Metros
Returns & exchange policy
You may return or exchange within 20 days of receiving your order if:
•The watch is faulty or damaged on arrival
• You received the wrong item
• The watch is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags/seals intact
How to return
• DM us on WhatsApp 071 626 5850 within 20 days with your order number, reason, and photos
• We’ll approve and send return instructions
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 3–5 working days
Lay-by policy
Want to secure your watch but need time to pay? We've got you
3-month Lay-by Available:
•Deposit: Pay 30% upfront to secure item, stock is reserved for you
•Payment Period: Pay off the balance within 3 months
•Cancellation: Cancellation fee is 20% as admin fee, no cancellation after 2 months.
